Monthly Events
Folklore Sunday

Every Sunday, join our team as we examine popular folktales from around the world. From stories about the Scottish Kelpies to the stories about Jinn, and find out how our the versions of fairy tales that we see on the screen differ so much from the original versions. For instance, did you know that in the original 1812 version of Grimm’s Fairy Stories, it is Snow White’s own mother that orders her death, rather than a stepmother? There’s a lot to the folklore we’re raised with than what meets the eye.
Join us as we look more and more into these strange creatures, the realities that might be behind them, and the original stories that first inspired the imaginations of people around the fire.
Note: some stories are not appropriate for young children.
The Event starts every Sunday at 7:00 PM at the Page House.

Ghost Hunting
We all know about that one spooky place where we’re not supposed to go. This is your chance to explore and look for ghosts in safe environment with trained ghost hunters.
Join us once a month as we go to a local haunted location or graveyard. From Saint Agnes’s Hospital to the elusive, mysterious, Crybaby Lane. As we walk these eerie paths, our guides, will share our haunted history and to see if we can stir up some spirits on our own.
Every First Saturday night, join our team as we learn about some of the most tragic and interesting stories in the triangle, and work to gather evidence that can give an answer to the age old question “do ghosts exist?”
We will meet on location at Sunset.
October’s investigation: The Historic Mordecai House.
